Convention Registration Fees

Full convention registration includes All Sessions, Thursday Breakfast and Lunch, Receptions, and Breaks   

VMBA Member:

Non-Member*:  $399
Spouse/Guest (Member or Non-Member):  $150

By registering for this event you agree to VMBA Event Policies. 

All cancellations will be charged a $25 administrative fee.  Cancellations received less than 72 business hours before the program will be charged a $75 administrative fee.

* When reserving your room you'll see the rate increase to $209-$229. The Marriott's system automatically adds a resort fee to the rate which will be waived for VMBA attendees upon checkout.

VMBA Recruiting Policy

In an effort to maintain a high quality of professionalism at VMBA events, the VMBA has adopted a non-solicitation policy. Attendees hereby acknowledge that employers spend significant time and expense in recruiting and training employees, and that the loss of employees can be detrimental to employers. Each attendee of a VMBA event hereby agrees and covenants not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or recruit for their own benefit or the benefit of another, any employee or worker while participating in a VMBA event. If an attendee is found by the VMBA to be soliciting or recruiting during a VMBA event, the attendee may be asked to leave the event and shall not receive a refund of any event fees or sponsorships paid, if applicable. Such determination shall be made in the sole discretion of the VMBA.

*If you are not a member of the VMBA/VBA or MBAMW, you will be charged non-member pricing. To check to see if your company is a member of the VMBA - click here.  All employees of a company are members of the VMBA if the company is listed on this page.
