She is frequently featured on webinars and was named a HousingWire 2020 Tech Trendsetter, and a 2022 Legends of Lending.

Tim Davis

Tim Davis is a 20-plus-year veteran of the mortgage industry. He comes from humble beginnings, growing up in the housing projects of a rural town in Kentucky. Upon being introduced to the mortgage industry, Tim quickly became a high-producing loan officer. He went on to open 2 mortgage companies and ultimately become one of the most well known coaches in the business.

He is the founder of Agent Marketing Academy™, Agent Marketing Playbook™, and Personal Branding Mastery™ which are all tools designed to help the loan officer grow their business.

Tim has helped loan officers grow their business by developing their personal brand, their leadership skills, and their teams. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Executive Leadership Coaching with a Masters in Business Coaching.

In his off time, you will find him hanging out with his wife and their 2 German Shepherds, at church or on a golf course.

Mark Jones

Mark Jones co-founded Amerifirst Home Mortgage in 1983, a company he grew from an individual location in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to over 80 full-service locations and 900 personnel nationwide. In January 2023, Amerifirst merged with Union Home Mortgage to form a top 40 national mortgage lender, where Mark now serves as President.

Prior to the merger, Amerifirst was the No. 1 USDA lender and the No. 3 FHA lender in Michigan, and the No. 13 FHA lender in Florida. Amerifirst was also a Ginnie Mae issuer and serviced in-house a $6 billion loan portfolio. Amerifirst ranked as a Best & Brightest Company to Work for in the Nation for five consecutive years (2016-2020) and was named one of the top 50 Best Mortgage Companies to Work For in 2021. In 2016 Mark received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Michigan and Northwest Ohio.

In addition to his service as MBA’s Chairman-Elect, Mark currently serves as Chairman of MBA’s DEI Advisory Committee. He previously served as co-chair of MBA’s Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council. Mark also serves as board member and Public Policy Committee Chair at Southwest Michigan First and serves as Chair of Southwest Michigan First PAC.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he competed on the Varsity Swimming & Diving team. In 1979, Jones won the 1979 Virginia Intercollegiate State Championship in 1 meter springboard diving and was a two-time NCAA Regional Qualifier.

Van is a 1975 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a highly decorated Naval flight officer. He is a principal owner of Rose & Womble Realty Company, one of Southeastern Virginia's largest Real Estate firms. Rose & Womble Realty is consistently ranked Number 1 in sales with over two billion dollars in residential real estate volume each year.

Van wears many hats within Rose & Womble Realty and the Hampton Roads community. In 2016, he was named the company's Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role in the New Homes Division.

As President of the New Homes Division for the past 30 years, Van and his team have marketed over 450 individual communities in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina and sold over 30,000 new homes. Van oversees all aspects of neighborhood creation, including financing, planning, developing, and building throughout our region. The Rose & Womble New Homes Division has garnered numerous sales and marketing awards for excellence, from the National Association of Home Builders and Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association.

In 2009, Van was named a 'Legend of Residential Marketing' by the National Association of Homebuilders. Less than 50 industry leaders nationwide have been awarded this prestigious designation.
